The 1200m2 gardens are well established with lots of mature plants and shrubs from palm trees to olive trees. It is completely private and not overlooked by any other property. 

The garden is fully fenced with a gate to the front entrance with parking for up to 3 to 4 cars. 

The kids will enjoy the children's outdoor play area with swings, slide and a huge chalk board and giant Connect- 4 game. 

The fenced, heated and PRIVATE 10m x 3.5m swimming pool is overlooked by the outdoor terrace area and surrounded by mature gardens. The pool is a good size and has 'Roman Steps' leading down at one end making entering and exiting the pool easier for less confident swimmers and for those with limited mobility.

Note of pool safety

As parents ourselves, we understand that pool safety is of paramount importance.

We take this part of holidaying with us extremely seriously.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a 1.15 metre high 'Norme Francaise' factory made fence/barrier. It has vertical bars to meet with anti-climbing regulations. Our pool also has a self-sprung lockable gate. On top of these minimum requirements, we supply coded padlocks for extra peace of mind. To maintain the rigidity of the swimming pool gate we have added extra supports to the posts as these get quite a lot of use each day. There is also a detailed sign attached to the swim gate highlighting further information regarding safety within the pool area.

The swimming pool is heated and a thermal cover is supplied to maintain heat overnight. The swimming pool is cleaned and monitored regularly to ensure the highest standards of health and hygiene are maintained.

Part of the terrace is covered with a double-shade pergola, offering the perfect balance of sunshine and shelter throughout the day. Whether you’re enjoying a lazy breakfast or a shaded lunch out of the midday heat, the setup ensures comfort at all times.

There’s a large dining table with seating for up to 12 guests, ideal for long, sociable meals with friends and family. Just a few steps away, you’ll also find a built-in barbecue, making al fresco cooking easy and enjoyable.

For evening relaxation, there’s a separate outdoor lounge area with cushioned seating - perfect for winding down with a glass of wine as the sun sets.

The terrace connects seamlessly to the pool area, making it the heart of the outdoor experience at Le Mimosa.

Le Mimosa’s 1200m² garden is fully enclosed and wonderfully private, surrounded by mature trees, hedging, and lush Mediterranean planting,  including olive trees, palms, and flowering shrubs. It’s a tranquil space where both adults and children can relax, play, and unwind.

For younger guests, the garden features a dedicated children’s play area, complete with a slide, swings (including a toddler seat), rope ladder, and plenty of shaded grass to run around safely. There’s also a giant chalkboard and Connect-4 game nearby for more creative outdoor fun.
