Prices & How to Book 


We want to make your booking experience as easy and transparent as possible. Booking your stay is simple. Just follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Use the availability calendar below to choose your preferred dates.

Step 2:

Check the rental price for your dates and review any additional charges that may apply (such as heating, extra guests, or pets), which will be clearly listed.

Step 3:

Once you’re happy with everything, reach out to confirm your dates and start the formal booking process.

Who You’re Booking With


All bookings are made directly with the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Clark, and the booking contract will be issued in their name.

However, you’ll be looked after by Donna and her team, (who's British) and worked with the Clarks for over 10 years.

She knows the property in detail and will ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your arrival.

You’ll always be dealing with someone who knows the house and cares about your experience.

Payment & Confirmation


Once your dates are confirmed, you’ll receive:

• A formal booking contract

• Full payment instructions

Payments are made via bank transfer directly to Mr. and Mrs. Clark, the property owners. This keeps everything simple and secure.

Once payment is received, Donna’s team will send your confirmation and be on hand for anything you need before your stay.

The weekly rental price shown on the calendar is for the booking fee only.

Please take a moment to review the following additional charges, which may apply to your stay:

Villa arrival clean, preparation & welcome supplies

(Not included in the weekly rate)

£275 per booking

Swimming pool heating

(Included in Peak Season weeks only)

£200 per week – outside peak season

Weekly rate includes up to 6 adults & 7 kids

Additional adults (max 2):

£250 per person, per week

🐾 Bringing Your Dog on Holiday?

We know how important your four-legged family members are, trust us, as dog owners ourselves, we completely understand! 

We always try to take our own pets with us when we travel, so it’s important to us that your furry friend feels just as welcome as you do.

Well-behaved dogs up to 50 lbs are very welcome to join you on holiday, with advance notice.

To help keep the villa in great condition for all guests (two-legged and four-legged!), we kindly ask that:

• Dogs are not allowed in any of the bedrooms

• Dogs are not left unattended inside the house at any time

• You clean up after your pet in the garden and outdoor areas

 One dog per booking - Pet fee: £179 per stay

If you have any questions about bringing your dog, just ask, we’re happy to help make sure your whole family is comfortable.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our cancellation terms:

• You may cancel your booking up until 16 weeks before arrival and receive a 100% refund, provided we are able to re-sell your dates at the same rate within 4 weeks of your cancellation.

• If we are unable to re-book your dates, or can only do so at a reduced rate, any loss must be claimed through your travel insurance, which is a requirement of booking.

• Once the final balance has been paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including restrictions due to third-party factors such as Covid-19.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you are entering into a rental contract and accept any risks involved. 

If travel warnings or advisories are in place at the time of booking, it is your responsibility to ensure suitable insurance coverage.

Swimming Pool Use

To comply with local regulations and respect our peaceful village setting, the swimming pool is open during designated hours only.

Pool Opening Times:

May Half-Term to End of September

10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We kindly ask all guests to respect these hours to maintain a relaxing environment for everyone in the community.

Once a week the swimming pool area and gardens will undergo routine maintenance/cleaning/preparation.
